Green (or blue for renters) disposal site cards are required to bring garbage and recyclables to the disposal site on Orchard View Lane.

The following are not accepted at the disposal site:
Furniture, Computers, monitors, printers, TVs, Microwaves, Mattresses, Carpeting, padding, flooring, Water Softeners.

Absolutely no building materials will be accepted. This includes roofing, siding, sheet rock, windows, doors, countertops, etc.

Refrigerators must have the freon removed and the doors taken off.

Place items in the proper area.

Metal and only metal should be on the appropriate pile.

Paint cans should not be placed with metal (only latex based accepted with lid off and paint dried).

For burning - only clean wood (not painted or with nails in), branches, grass clippings (out of plastic bags) can be burned.

No large branches or trees will be accepted.

Recyclables and garbage must be separated.

Plastic, metals and paper recyclables may be mixed.

Recycling is mandatory.

Any Town of Brussels resident bringing in garbage from other townships from relatives, etc.will be billed and/or refused the use of the disposal site.

THE SITE IS OPEN TO TOWN OF BRUSSELS RESIDENTS ONLY AND RECYCLING IS MANDATORY!

Brussels Disposal Card Sign-Up Form

Residents of the Town of Brussels may use this form to request a Disposal Card for access to the town disposal and recycling services, located at 1698 Orchard View Lane, Brussels.

To Apply, please complete all fields below. One form per household.

Please provide the following information in the message box below:

  1. Do you own or rent this property?
    Type one of the following:
    → "I own this property"
    or
    → "I rent this property"

  2. Street Address (Must be in the Township of Brussels)
    → Please enter your full street address.

  3. Mailing Address (If different from the street address)
    → Please include your full mailing address if it’s different.

Note: If you rent, please provide the name and contact information of the property owner (cards will be mailed to them for distribution. If previous renter did not return card, cost is $25 to issue a new card)
